As we celebrate our business turning three years old (yes, I said three!), it was an absolute joy to reflect on the journey and spend quality time with these outstanding individuals who have been the head, heart, and hands of our success.
Building a team during the challenges of COVID, and embracing remote work as a norm, has been an adventure. However, there's nothing quite like the magic that happens when we come together in person â and our few days in Prague were testament to the fact that personal connections are truly the glue that binds our team culture.
The camaraderie, laughter, stories (which stay in Prague!), dancing, and shared passion for what we do created an atmosphere of creativity, collaboration, and a little craziness that simply can't be replicated over Zoom. It's these moments that forge the bonds that make us not just colleagues but friends.
Amidst the backdrop of cobblestone streets and historic architecture, we also had the opportunity to finalise something truly special.
